Ryan Kane

As founder of Kane & Partners, Ryan Kane has established himself as one of Northern Nevada’s most elite realtors. With over a quarter billion dollars in sales and climbing, Ryan and his team offer a masterful approach to residential real estate in the very unique market of Reno, NV and its surrounding areas. Born in Detroit, Ryan moved to Reno/Tahoe at the age of 6 after his father retired as a running back in the NFL. Combining his in-depth knowledge of the region with his sharp business sense and an aggressive approach to negotiations, Ryan has consistently ranked as a Top Producer in the state year after year.
In 2017, Ryan was enshrined in the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and just 1 year later, he produced the highest sales volume of any RE/MAX Professionals agent. In 2021 Ryan was honored with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. His enthusiasm and love for real estate is only topped by his passion as a father and husband. Nick Abe

When it comes to real estate agents, we dare you to find someone more fun and driven than Nick Abe. Nick started his real estate career in 2015 and has always been with the RE/MAX brand. He hit the ground running and has worked his way up the ranks earning production awards year after year. In 2020, Nick earned the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and is consistently in the top percentage of Realtors for production in all of Northern Nevada. Nick prides himself in great communication, excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, building deeper relationships, and just generally being easy to work with. Nick’s clients start out as just that but by the end of the transaction, they are lifelong friends.
Nick was born and raised in Hilo, HI and after graduating in 2000, he moved to Reno, NV to go to the University of Nevada. After graduating in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Political Science, and a Minor in Psychology, he spent his years honing his customer service skills in the service industry bartending at some of the most busy and popular nightclubs in Reno. This is where he fostered his love for connecting with people, and taking care of their needs and wants. Nick was hired to open two bars from the ground up and also train all of the in-house staff bartenders in a large casino on customer service, building rapport, sales, and general guest relations.
When not helping his clients build wealth and financial stability, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaclyn, and their three boys – Ryland, Brecken, and Taron. Always helping coach and practice baseball, basketball, and soccer, if there’s any time after that, you can find Nick singing and dancing at concerts, on road trips with his family, swinging the sticks on the golf course, or snowboarding up at Mount Rose.

Ashley Kane is a formally trained artist and designer holding a Masters in Art Education from the University of Nevada, with honors. Born and raised in Reno, NV, Ashley spent her summers overseas traveling and spending time with family.

Having studied fine art, interior design and education, Ashley’s creative and technical skills make her uniquely qualified to take Real Estate marketing outside of traditional expectations and into a new world of specialized systems.
Additionally, Ashley is invaluable to both buyers and sellers who utilize her staging and design services to transform their sale, or make their new house feel like home. Her latest artwork, Freedom, is on loan at the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame through 2024.
